The design contract phase helps you to see your project unfold and become a reality within the design plans.

• Deposit for design contract is paid
• Design plans are created
• Space and scope of work defined
• Final project valuation is given

Once the engineered plans and design have been approved with final projected costs, product selection can begin.

• Design contract paid in full and initial deposit for build contract
• Engineered plans & design approved & finalized
• Scope of work finalized with finalized pricing
• Client makes product selections

Our team conducts a walkthrough with you before the remodel begins to ensure the scope of work and provide you with an initial timeline of events. We take the time to clearly answer any questions you may have and provide education on the remodel process so you are prepared.

• Walkthrough with client and handoff to production manager
• Payment milestones/draw process explained
• Schedule and timeline are provided to the homeowner
• Clear communication throughout the process from a dedicated project manager.

In the final stages of the project, the homeowner walks through with Green to ensure all finishing touches are addressed and completed.
