We work with our current clients to provide additional services to larger remodeling projects such as painting, flooring, drywall, and more; however, we do not provide these services separately. These services are incorporated into the design project as a whole, as we supply the materials, labor, and guarantee our work.

  • Projected Timeline

      We Value Your Time & Resources

      GCS Remodel understands the importance of starting and completing a custom remodeling project in a timely fashion. We value your time, therefore, our team works diligently to complete your project within the projected timeline.

      The scope of work for individual projects varies, but GCS Remodel works closely with clients to ensure their home’s remodel is completed in the quoted timeline. Our timelines begin from the signing of a contract and before production: 

        1. Whole House Remodel: 10-16 weeks
        2. Bathroom Remodel: 4-6 weeks
        3. Kitchen Remodel: 6-8 weeks
        4. Outdoor Space Remodel: 5-7 weeks
        5. Home Additions: 120-150 days after permitting and production*

      *Timeline is contingent upon permitting, local inspections, and product and labor availability.  **Note: Product availability and lead times may be affected by COVID

      *Hillsborough and Orange county lead times are at least 30 days out before construction can begin

Choosing a turn-key solution over DIY gives you the opportunity to select from our top-quality vendors and products with the assurance of excellence in installation. This peace of mind gives you the freedom to not have to worry about the potential unknowns of construction projects. 

      If you choose to purchase materials and/or products from vendors not approved by GCS Remodel, this one-year workmanship warranty would not be included. Our goal is to ensure that all products and services rendered are to our standards in order to give the GCS Remodel’s seal of approval.
