Project Details:

• Land erosion was found after a Hurricane.
• Replaced small seawall with large seawall to level out the yard, and installed LED lights on backside of seawall cap to light up the putting green.
• Installed rock swale with bridge to golf tee box overlooking water with buried water basin to lake for future run off. Can hit balls into lake or chip balls onto the putting green.
• Installed a 750 square foot 5-hole color changing putting green.
• Designed and installed 4 flush mount umbrella sleeves in the artificial turf and can adapt for quick release umbrellas, or tiki torches, or fishing poles.
• Installed a natural paver walkway that leads to a firepit, and limestone walkway path to the water.
• Sunk 3 underwater LED boat lights in the lake to illuminate the seawall at night.
• Hung a chandelier on a pulley system over the limestone rock way path to the water to light up the bath.
• Installed a custom aluminum railing for safety.
