Our Story
Established in 1987, GCS Remodel began as a small, family-run business, specializing in insurance restoration and custom remodeling. As a full-service general contractor with over 30 years in the construction industry, our mission remains the same- to offer peace of mind to our clients as we walk with them through the remodeling process.
Expanding Our Reach
As our reputation grew, we gradually expanded to include remodeling services and Universal Design services for disabled veterans. We have expanded our remodeling area beyond Lakeland to include the west side of Orlando to Tampa. We work with each client to achieve their personal design preference so they can come home to a house they love.

We are honored to have partnered with thousands of clients in the last 30 years, as well as like-minded organizations with shared values.
